Moon cakes are part of a rich, cultural tradition that has spanned thousands of years beginning in China and spreading to many Asian countries. In Vietnamese communities, they are eaten during the popular Mid-Autumn Festival where families gather to celebrate their children.

One of the things we love about moon cakes is the many different flavours and variations that exist. There are literally hundreds of popular fillings from lotus seed paste to the classic five kernel filling.
