Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake (Bánh Pia) is a modern adaptation of different recipes and techniques used in traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean filling. The mung beans used are local Australian grown mung beans, well known over the world for its high quality and taste.

Ingredients:
Filling (60%): Mung Bean Paste (Sugar, Mung Bean [22%], Canola Oil, Glucose Syrup, Vanilla Flavour).
Pastry: Wheat flour, Water, Shortening (Solidified Vegetable Oil), Sugar, Canola Oil, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Colour (124), Egg Wash.
