Using modern machinery and adhering to stringent Australian food regulations Red Jade is able to deliver for the Australian market a range of delicious Pia Cakes (Bánh Pia) made with local Australian ingredients. Red Jade’s Pia Cake comes in 5 different flavours and 2 different sizes, all amazingly without any nasty preservatives. Be warned, it is love at first bite.
