Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake (Bánh Pia) is a modern adaptation of different recipes and techniques used in the traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist taro filling, made from real taro tubers.

Filling (60%): Taro Paste: (Taro [35%], Sugar, Canola Oil, Glucose Syrup, Taro Flavour & Colour).
Pastry: Wheat flour, Water, Shortening (Solidified Vegetable Oil), Sugar, Canola Oil, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Colour (124), Egg Wash.
