Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake is a modern adaptation of different recipes and techniques used in the traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean and durian jam filling.

To recreate that fresh-out-of-the-oven-feel place it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.

Pastry: Wheat Flour, Water, Shortening (Solidified Vegetable Oil), Sugar, Canola Oil, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Colouring, EggWash.
