This moon cake is custardy without the custard and creamy without the cream. It is velvety smooth and together with the golden pastry, every bite is a delicious sweet dream. Also we use 100% Australian mung beans. Your choice of one or two salted egg yolks.

Ingredients

Filling: Mung Bean, Sugar, Canola Oil, Vanilla extract.

Pastry: Wheat flour, Golden Syrup, Canola Oil, Lye Water, Egg Wash.

ALL OUR CAKES CONTAINS EITHER PEANUT, SESAME AND/OR GLUTEN

Best Mung Bean Mooncake!

Mung bean paste filling is not too sweet, its really lovely and smooth, and the salted egg yolks are moist. Love it!
