This moon cake is custardy without the custard and creamy without the cream. It is velvety smooth and together with the golden pastry, every bite is a delicious sweet dream. Also we use 100% Australian mung beans. Your choice of one or two salted egg yolks.

Pastry: Wheat flour, Golden Syrup, Canola Oil, Lye Water, Egg Wash.
