Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake is a modern adaptation of different recipes and techniques used in traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean filling. The mung beans used are local Australian grown mung beans, well known over the world for its high quality and taste.

To recreate that fresh-out-of-the-oven-feel place it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
