Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake (Bánh Pia) is a modern adaptation of different recipes and techniques used in traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean filling in pandan flavour. The authentic pandan flavour is derived from juice crushed from fresh pandan leaves.
