This mini moon cake is custardy without the custard and creamy without the cream. It is velvety smooth and together with the golden pastry, every bite is a delicious, sweet dream. Also, we use 100% Australian mung beans.

Pastry: Wheat flour, Golden Syrup, Canola Oil, Lye Water, Egg Wash, Sodium Carbonate.
