Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake (Bánh Pia) is a modern adaptation of different recipes and techniques used in the traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean and durian jam filling.

Filling: Mung Bean Paste (40%): (Sugar, Mung Bean, Canola Oil, Glucose Syrup, Vanilla Flavour), Durian Jam (20%): (Durian, Winter Melon [Melon, Sugar, Water])
Pastry: Wheat flour, Water, Shortening (Solidified Vegetable Oil), Sugar, Canola Oil, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Colour (124), Egg Wash.
