This is our toothier version of the Mixed Nuts and Seeds moon cake. A premium moon cake showcasing delicate strands of faux shark fin (manufactured seafood gelatin) soaked in a homemade wine and gently mixed into the filling.

Filling: Candied Winter Melon, Almond, Cashew, Glutinous Rice Flour, BBQ Pork, Canola Oil, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Chinese Sausage, Candied ginger, Candied Mandarin, Faux Shark Fin (manufactured seafood gelatin), Rice Wine, Sesame Oil, Salt, Five Spices, Salted Egg Yolk.
