This is a traditional Cantonese moon cake. Our generous portion of nuts and seeds are delicately roasted to perfection. Combined with the right amount of candied dried fruits and carefully balanced with precious chunks of Chinese sausage and our homemade BBQ pork, this moorish combination of sweet and savory is sure to satiate.

Filling: Candied Winter Melon, Almond, Cashew, Glutinous Rice Flour, BBQ Pork, Canola Oil, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Chinese Sausage, Candied ginger, Candied Mandarin, Rice Wine, Sesame Oil, Salt, Five Spices, Salted Egg Yolk.
Pastry: Flour, Golden Syrup, Canola oil, Potassium Carbonate, Egg wash, Sodium Carbonate.
