Red Jade Mooncakes

Red Jade Mooncakes are fresh, moist and delicious. The sweet,creamy paste filling is a great balance with the salty egg yolks. The combined sweetness and saltiness of both ingredients is just right. Red Jade offers a variety of different flavoured fillings, it is so hard to choose just one. Yummy, indeed.

Worth a re-order

Perhaps due to freshly made, the skin easily detaches from the cake. the disappointment is hardly any 'salty egg yolk oil' in the egg yolk, even though the yolk is nor dry and hard. unlike some other lotus paste which stick to your teeth, Red Jade's lotus paste does not give you this problem. otherwise, I enjoy the freshness and not too sweet moon cake and I will re-order soon.
