Mung Bean

Australian made. 4 cakes - 200g each.

This moon cake is custardy without the custard and creamy without the cream. It is velvety smooth and together with the golden pastry, every bite is a delicious, sweet dream. Also, we use 100% Australian mung beans. Your choice of one or two salted egg yolks.

Ingredients

Filling: Mung Bean, Sugar, Canola Oil, Vanilla extract.

Pastry: Wheat flour, Golden Syrup, Canola Oil, Lye Water, Egg Wash.

ALL OUR CAKES CONTAINS EITHER PEANUT, SESAME AND/OR GLUTEN

Last year I bought the moon cake from Red Jade, and they come with the bags, but this year there is no bags included. Very disappointed.

Very good taste, one of my best. The filling is not too sweet, skin is soft and thin. Good value!
